With your child’s arms down, slide a measuring tape under the arms and measure around the widest part of the chest and back.
WAIST
Measure around the natural waistline, near the belly button. Remember: Don’t measure over the pants.
HEIGHT
Have your child stand against a wall with her feet together against a wall. (No shoes or tippy toes!) Measure from the top of the head to the floor.

These are nice leggings, thicker and not see-through. However, they fit so much tighter than ROA's other leggings. And since we received these in a subscription box, it would actually cost us MORE money to exchange them, then if we just kept them to give to someone smaller than my daughter. Shame.
