HOW TO MEASURE Age is just a number. To get the best fit, follow this guide.

CHEST With your child’s arms down, slide a measuring tape under the arms and measure around the widest part of the chest and back.

WAIST Measure around the natural waistline, near the belly button. Remember: Don’t measure over the pants.

HEIGHT Have your child stand against a wall with her feet together against a wall. (No shoes or tippy toes!) Measure from the top of the head to the floor.

These were ordered as a gift for a yet to be born baby, so I can only comment on the look and feel of the garment. The pants are adorable as is the matching top. They are soft to the touch.

I love this pattern. They
I love this pattern. They fit a little long, my baby is 14 months and I ordered the 12-18 months, but it's ok because I was hoping they would last from fall until spring. If I roll the bottom cuffs once, they are a good length.
